Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this to track your package's progress. For live updates, please visit our Track Your Order page.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with the original tags still attached.

Since we process orders quickly, any cancellations or changes to your order must be requested within 15 minutes of placing it. After this window, your order will be automatically processed, and no changes can be made. Once your order is received, you can return it for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by emailing info@woclothes.com. We'll provide you with a return number and all the instructions you need. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.
